Congratulations to the Luther College cross country team for the volunteer trail work in Dunning Springs park. The work was organized by coach Steve Paschke and memebers of the Decorah Human Powered Trails group during the last week in August. The volunteers worked in shifts of about 30 people for 2 1/2 hour at a time from 9 am to 5 pm, and put in a mile of trail. When they startes there was nothing there, when they finished we had a new section of gnarly single track.
